How often should I inspect my electric chain hoist?
Inspections should be carried out regularly, at least once every 6 months, or more fre.
Can the electric chain hoist be used outdoors?

Some of our electric chain hoists are designed for outdoor use, but it depends on the model.

For outdoor use, you need a hoist that is weather-resistant and suitable for the conditions (e.g., moisture, dust, extreme temperatures).

Please consult with our team to determine the best hoist for your outdoor applications.

What should I do if my electric chain hoist stops working?
If your hoist stops working, check for common issues such as power supply problems, overload, or mechanical failure. Verify the power source, ensure the hoist is not overloaded, and check for any damaged electrical or mechanical components. If the issue persists, please contact our after-sales support team for assistance.
How should I maintain my electric chain hoist?

Regular maintenance is important to extend the life of your hoist. Key maintenance tasks include checking and replacing the chain oil, inspecting the hook and load chain for wear, checking the brakes, and ensuring that the motor and electrical components are functioning properly.

 We recommend servicing the hoist at least once a year and inspecting it before every use.

How do I choose the right electric chain hoist for my application?

To select the correct hoist, consider the following factors:

1) The weight of the items you need to lift;

2) The required lift height;

3) The type of environment (e.g., indoor vs. outdoor use);

4) Power supply availability (single-phase or three-phase).

Our team can help guide you in selecting the best hoist for your needs.

How much weight can your electric chain hoists lift?
Our electric chain hoists are available in various capacities, ranging from 250kg to 5000kg or more, depending on the model. Please refer to the product specifications or contact us for more details on the specific model you need.
